These terms govern your use of the website at flowbouldering.com.au (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

The Site is operated by Flow Bouldering, based at 1/5 Cedarbrook Drive, Forest Glen, QLD 4556, Australia. You can contact us at info@flowbouldering.com.au.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, any account, or any underlying systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or networks;
  • scrape, harvest or copy content other than for personal, non-commercial use;
  • introduce malware, viruses or harmful code;
  • use the Site to send unsolicited communications or harass others.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photography, video, logos, graphics and layout, is owned by Flow Bouldering or licensed to us, and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use (reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial use) requires our prior written consent.

4. Content accuracy

We aim to keep information on the Site (opening hours, prices, class times, etc.) accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it. Always confirm current details with us before relying on them. We may change content, services or prices at any time without notice.

5. Third-party links and embedded content

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (including GymMaster for sign-ups and the member portal, Google Maps, Cloudflare Turnstile and others). We are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, including any errors, omissions, viruses, or unavailability of the Site or any third-party service it relies on. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Bouldering is an inherently risky activity and the Site is not a substitute for in-person safety briefings, our induction, or our climbing waiver. Read Before You Visit before climbing with us.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
