Why Flow Climbing?
Flow is everywhere in climbing, it is often the part of climbing that many people find hardest to fall into or put into words. It's a combination of mindset, movements and technique that creates a good climber, a good route and a good state of mind.
Flow (Psychology) - A state of being in which one is focused and immersed in what they are doing, existing in a moment of complete absorption in their task.
Flow (Physical) - A steady and rythmic set of movements. The feeling of your body as you conserve momentum, redirecting it with an arc or curve.
